Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to French-speaking prospects and existing clients

  • Handle inbound leads and convert inquiries into successful sales

  • Present company products/services clearly and confidently

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience

  • Update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve performance

Requirements

  • Native/Fluent level of French (C2)

  • Good command of English (B2+) for internal communication

  • Previous telesales or outbound sales experience preferred

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven personality

  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
