About the job Hybrid Junior Flemish-speaking Sales & Customer Representative
Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential business clients in the Flemish-speaking market

Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and digital channels

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

Understand customer needs and promote cloud-based solutions

Support customers during early adoption phases

Build and maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful sales handover and client onboarding

Meet performance goals and contribute to business growth
Requirements

Native/fluent Flemish (C1+)

Fluent English (B2+)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong motivation for sales and technology

Proactive, goal-oriented, and confident in outreach activity

Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but motivated entry-level profiles are welcome
