Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Opportunities: Identify and secure new customer wins for company, while maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager.
- Communicate company value propositions, aligning solutions to the customer’s business goals and IT initiatives, with a strong focus on solution selling techniques.
- Provide Technical Overviews: Offer product insights that address customer needs and scenarios, and demonstrate the technical and business value of solutions
- Develop Feasibility Proposals: Conduct quick assessments for technical feasibility, ensuring accurate implementation requirements and pricing projections are provided to customers.
- Increase Customer Success: Deliver innovative ideas to accelerate customer adoption, focusing on technical feasibility and solution alignment.
- Continuous Learning & Expertise: Maintain and develop a Level 300 knowledge of company’s Cloud offerings and achieve relevant certifications (minimum Fundamentals, preferred L200).
- Training & Support: Act as the main technical contact for the tele-sales team, providing training to team members across the center on subjects of expertise.
- Meet Sales & Operational Targets: Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets, while staying informed on the latest cloud developments and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent Danish speaker with B2 level proficiency in English.
- Experience: Prior experience in solution selling, cloud-based solutions, or a technical role is advantageous.
- Technical Knowledge: Fundamental-level certification in Microsoft Cloud is required, with L200-level preferred.
- Sales Skills: Strong technical sales acumen, customer engagement abilities, and familiarity with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Cloud solutions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide technical solutions and customer-focused service.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience in conducting presentations and technical demonstrations.
