Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in product navigation and handle requests such as order changes, cancellations, refunds, and other concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve service quality and processes.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach by delivering timely and accurate responses to all queries.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German speaker with English proficiency (B2/C1).
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently after the initial on-site training period and provide support remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
