Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in German and English through phone, email, and chat for inquiries related to our products and services.
- Address and resolve customer issues, such as troubleshooting, account management, and general inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Assist customers in product navigation and handle requests such as order changes, cancellations, refunds, and other concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve service quality and processes.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach by delivering timely and accurate responses to all queries.
Requirements:
- Fluent German speaker with English proficiency (B2/C1).
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently after the initial on-site training period and provide support remotely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
