Polish-English Customer Service Representative

Work model: On-site (Lisbon, Portugal) — relocation support provided
Schedule: Monday–Friday (including bank holidays), rotational shifts between 07:30–20:00, weekends off

What you'll do:

• Provide customer support via phone, chat, and/or email
• Assist Polish-speaking customers, using English for internal communication and tools
• Resolve inquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience

What we're looking for:

• Fluent in Polish
• Fluent in English
• Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
