Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review user-generated content and advertisements to ensure compliance with platform policies.
  • Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and assess content based on guidelines while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Work efficiently in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Report trends and insights to improve trust and safety measures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine policies and ensure a safe digital environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish (C2) and proficient in English (B2+).
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • High level of resilience and ability to handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7 schedule), including nights and weekends.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or trust & safety roles is a plus but not required.
