Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review user-generated content and advertisements to ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content in a timely manner.
- Analyze and assess content based on guidelines while maintaining high accuracy.
- Work efficiently in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Report trends and insights to improve trust and safety measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine policies and ensure a safe digital environment.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish (C2) and proficient in English (B2+).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- High level of resilience and ability to handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7 schedule), including nights and weekends.
- Previous experience in content moderation or trust & safety roles is a plus but not required.
