As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about healthcare-related services, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional and empathetic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to healthcare services, appointments, accounts, and general support requests.
- Deliver accurate information while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Adhere to company procedures, quality standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and service excellence goals.
Requirements
- Native or fluent level of French (C2).
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathetic, patient, and attentive approach when assisting customers.
- Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured and fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer support, healthcare, or administration is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work on-site in Porto.
