Finnish-Speaking Customer Support Representative (Junior)

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Finnish-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for junior candidates who are eager to develop their customer service skills in an international and dynamic environment.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers through various communication channels, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Assist customers with inquiries, account-related questions, and service issues.
• Troubleshoot basic technical and product-related concerns.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Native or fluent level of Finnish (C1).
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
