💼 Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers with booking-related inquiries and requests.
• Provide professional support in Dutch and English.
• Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain service quality and follow internal procedures.

✅ Requirements

• Dutch C2 – mandatory.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and flexibility.
• Willingness to work on-site during initial training.
