Cross Border Talents is hiring a Spanish-English B2B Customer Service Representative for an advertising technology company, on-site in Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: On-site (Lisbon, Portugal) — relocation support provided
Schedule: Initially Mon–Sun, 07:00–19:00 (two shift options); may move to 24/7 rotational shifts in future, with 2 rotational days off

What you'll do:

• Provide B2B support to advertisers, via email and chat
• Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting for advertising products
• Collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering on technical and product queries
• Educate advertisers on product features and help drive customer satisfaction

What we're looking for:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience in paid campaign management (required)
• Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience in Digital Marketing and/or a Contact Centre for an Advertising Technology company
• Familiarity with social media products and digital advertising basics
• Strong customer service orientation; comfortable working independently and in a team
