Work model: On-site (Lisbon, Portugal) — relocation support provided
Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday–Sunday between 07:00–23:00, with 2 rotational days off (may transition to 24/7 later on)

What you'll do:

• Provide customer support via phone, chat, and/or email
• Assist Polish-speaking customers, using English for internal communication and tools
• Resolve inquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience

What we're looking for:

• Fluent Polish language skills
• Proficiency in English
