Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order issues, and technical problems.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate more complex issues when needed.
- Provide clear, helpful solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in German (C1-C2 level) and good English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.
