Job Title: Customer Service Representative – French Market 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to products, services, and accounts in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary to appropriate departments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and maintaining effective communication
  • Accurately update and manage customer accounts and interactions in the system
  • Collaborate with team members and management to maintain a high standard of customer care
  • Work flexible hours, including early and night shifts, with consecutive days off whenever possible

Requirements:

  • C1 French speaker (mandatory)
  • B2level of English (written and spoken) for internal communication
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with customer support tools and systems
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts (early and night shifts) and meet business needs
