Overview

We are seeking a motivated and tech-oriented Italian-Speaking Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. This is an excellent opportunity for junior professionals who are passionate about technology and customer support and are looking to start or develop their career in the IT sector.

As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will provide first-line technical support to users, helping them resolve IT-related issues while ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems in Italian.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist users with account access, password resets, and system configuration requests.
  • Log, track, and update incidents and service requests in internal systems.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to second-line or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Follow established IT support procedures, SLAs, and company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Contribute to knowledge base updates and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent level of Italian (C2).
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong interest in IT and technical support.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or IT is an advantage but not required.
  • Availability to work on-site in Porto.
