✔️ Accurately update and maintain customer records in the system
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality

👀 What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Fluent Swedish speaker (C1 or above) – written and spoken
🔹 Basic English skills (B1 or above) – for internal communication
🔹 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
