About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual Content Moderator fluent in Polish and English to join our team in Lisbon. In this on-site role, you will review content on an e-commerce platform, ensure policy and legal compliance, maintain high quality standards, and help guarantee the safety of uploaded content.

Key Responsibilities

Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform.

Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise.

Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content.

Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards.

Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.

Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.

Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

Fluent Polish and English language skills.

Ability to make rational decisions with local market expertise.

Capable of ensuring policy and legal compliance, and the safety of content uploaded to the platform.

Flexibility to adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules, while adhering to standard operating protocols.

Benefits

1000€ Welcome Bonus.

Food Allowance of 7.63€ per working day.

Attendance Bonus of 45€ per 11 months.
