Schedule: Monday to Friday – Rotational shifts (09:00–18:00 / 11:00–20:00)

About the Role

We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our international team in Sofia. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. You will play a key part in maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive online environment for all users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate German-language content (text, images, videos, profiles, etc.) according to company policies.

  • Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates community standards or legal requirements.

  • Maintain high attention to detail while processing and classifying sensitive material.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior moderation or policy teams when needed.

  • Ensure all decisions are made in line with cultural, social, and political awareness of the German-speaking market.

  • Collaborate with team members and share feedback to continuously improve moderation accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C2 level) and Good English (B2 level or above).

  • Strong awareness of German cultural, social, and political context to ensure accurate and sensitive content evaluation.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of information.

  • Strong communication, empathy, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Candidates must be currently based in Sofia, Bulgaria. (Only local applicants will be considered.)
