We're Hiring: Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Onsite)
Start Date: 10 July 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 19:00 (rotational shifts, including bank holidays)
Days Off: Weekends
Contract Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary + performance bonus

What You'll Do
Support Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
Resolve inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information
Deliver a positive customer experience with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality
What Were Looking For
Fluency in Danish with Good level of English for training and internal communication
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Lisbon (EU citizenship or valid work permit required)
