Position: Czech Trust & Safety Investigator
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (with Relocation Assistance)

Job Description:
As a Trust & Safety Investigator, you will be an essential part of our customer service team, focused on ensuring a secure and positive user experience. You will handle escalated cases, conduct outbound calls, and use analytical skills to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Review and assess escalated cases for policy violations or safety concerns, making informed decisions based on established guidelines.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries via phone, helpdesk, and live chat; perform outbound calls to gather evidence and validate complaints.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions and following up to ensure resolution.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Czech with a strong command of English.
- Authorized to work in Portugal (EU citizen, residence card, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers
