Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Dutch Customer Support Advisor to join our remote team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries and will assist them with their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers questions and concerns
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding service expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Dutch (minimum C1) with a strong command of English.
- Authorized to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen, residence card, etc.).
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers
