What Youll Do

• Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat

• Resolve inquiries and deliver solutions in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Represent the company with empathy, patience, and efficiency

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in French (spoken and written)

• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work onsite in Aveiro (EU citizenship or valid work permit required)
