Job Description:
We are currently seeking a French Helpdesk Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for any technical inquiries and will assist customers in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing accurate solutions to customers' problems
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding service expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their technical needs are met
Qualifications:
- Fluent in French, with strong proficiency in English
- Experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles is a plus
- Authorized to work in Portugal (EU citizen, residence card, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers with technical challenges
