Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries and will assist them with their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will dedicate 70% of your time to professionally responding to customer questions and complaints via email or live chat (no phone calls).
As a Content Moderator, you will spend 30% of your time reviewing content across various marketplaces and apps to ensure compliance with company guidelines and country-specific laws, thereby contributing to a safe online environment for users.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Dutch with a strong command of English.
- Authorized to work in Malta (EU citizen, residence card, etc.).
