Job Title: Technical Support Advisor
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
We are currently seeking a German Technical Customer Support specialist to join a leading tech company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to our German-speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for any technical inquiries and will assist them with their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain detailed customer records and update information as needed
- Continuously improve product knowledge and technical support skills through training and development opportunities
Requirements:
- Fluency in German with a strong command of English.
- Authorized to work in Bulgaria (EU ID, work permit in Bulgaria, etc.).
