Position: Italian Customer Service Specialist

We're looking for an Italian Customer Service Specialist to join the top-tier company in Greece.

As an Italian Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Italian-speaking clients. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat

- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience

- Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Fluent in German (C1-C2) with a strong command of English.

- Authorized to work in Greece (EU citizen, residence card, etc.).

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays if needed
