Job Description:
As a Polish Trust & Safety Investigator, you'll be key to our customer service team, analyzing issues, making outbound calls, and using your analytical skills to ensure a secure user experience. You'll document investigations and may also engage in customer service activities in both Croatian and English as you grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze escalated issues to ensure a secure user experience.
- Conduct outbound calls to address and resolve concerns.
- Utilize analytical skills to make informed decisions.
- Document investigations meticulously.
- Engage in customer service activities in Croatian and English.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Polish (C2) with a strong command of English.
- Authorized to work in Portugal (EU citizen, residence card, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers
