Job Title: Polish Customer Service Advisor
Location: Athens, Greece (Remote in Greece)

We are currently seeking a Polish Customer Service Advisor to join big tech company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Polish-speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries and will assist them with their needs in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities

Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (C2) with a strong command of English.
- Authorized to work in Greece (EU ID, work permit in Greece, etc.).
