Position: Content Moderator (Italian-speaking)
Location: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Italian-speaking Content Moderator to join the company in Porto, Portugal.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of content on our platform. As a Content Moderator, you will review user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our guidelines and policies, helping to maintain a safe and positive online environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms (text, images, videos) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal requirements.
• Identify and escalate potential risks, such as inappropriate content, abuse, or fraudulent activities.
• Provide feedback on content-related issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency while moderating content within set timeframes.
• Collaborate with other teams to address content-related challenges and improve moderation processes.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Italian with a strong command of English.
• Authorized to work in Portugal (EU citizen, residence card, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive content.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
