Position: German Technical Support

We're looking for German Technical Support to join the top-tier Tech company in Bulgaria

As a German Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our German-speaking clients. Your main duties will include answering technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing detailed product information. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat

- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience

- Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery

- Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to the appropriate department

- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Fluent in German (C1 - both written and spoken)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
