We're looking for a German Customer Service Representative to join the top-tier company in Greece with a remote option.
As a German Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience
- Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to the appropriate department
- Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays if needed
