Job Title: French Customer Service Specialist
Location: Portugal (with remote option)

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat

Requirements:
- Fluency in French (C2) with a strong command of English.
- Authorized to work in Portugal (EU ID, residence card, etc.).
