Job Title: French Customer Service Specialist
Location: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our French-speaking clients for a top-tier telecom company. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries and will assist them with their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities
Requirements:
- Fluency in French with a strong command of English.
- Authorized to work in Portugal (EU ID, residence card, etc.).
