Russian Live Operations Presenter

Location: Bucharest, Romania (On-site)

Contract: Permanent (3-month probation)
Schedule: Full-time | 3-shift rotation

About the Role

Do you enjoy being in front of the camera and engaging with people?
As a Game Presenter, you will host live casino games streamed to online players around the world, delivering a fun, professional, and interactive gaming experience.

Youll receive fully paid training, including on-camera presentation skills and hands-on experience with modern studio technology.

What Youll Do

• Present live casino games in a confident, professional, and engaging way

• Interact with players in real time, creating a positive and entertaining atmosphere

• Follow game rules and procedures with accuracy and discretion

• Perform comfortably in front of the camera

• Adapt your communication style to different games and player interactions

What Were Looking For

• Native Russian speaker with working knowledge of English

• You are less than 35 years old

• High School Diploma

• Valid passport and documents required for relocation to Bucharest

• Willingness to work rotating shifts (3-shift system, 40 hours/week)

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and think quickly

• Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility

Working Schedule

• 3 rotating shifts per month

• 5 working days / 2 days off

• Shifts may include weekends and public holidays

• Gameplay sessions of 1.5–2 hours, followed by 30-minute breaks

Salary & Bonuses

Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Shift Allowances:

• +25% for night shifts

• +10% for weekend shifts

• +100% for public holiday shifts

Relocation & Visa Support

Local Candidates (Romania)

• Living in Bucharest: no relocation support

• Living in other cities: 

  One-time relocation bonus

International Candidates

• Full visa and work permit support

• Full relocation package, including:

  • Shared accommodation in a 2-bedroom apartment

  • Flight ticket to Bucharest
