Role Overview

We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join the Technical Support team in Barcelona. The role focuses on providing high-quality technical and customer assistance while representing a global automotive technology leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and customer support to German-speaking customers

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally

  • Guide customers through product usage, system issues, and solutions

  • Document interactions accurately in internal systems

  • Escalate complex technical cases when required

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

  • Fluent German (spoken and written)

  • Previous experience in Customer Support or Technical Support

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset with clear communication skills

  • Ability to work on-site in Barcelona

Compensation

  • Base Salary:competitive

  • Performance Bonus: Up to €2,000 gross per year
