What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Content Review & Moderation

• Monitor and moderate Dutch user-generated content for policy compliance

• Evaluate flagged content for accuracy, safety, and violations

• Escalate complex issues and maintain thorough documentation

🔹 Policy Application & Decision-Making

• Apply content policies consistently and fairly

• Make decisions that respect both platform rules and cultural context

• Help maintain a safe digital space

🔹 Collaboration & Support

• Meet quality and productivity benchmarks as part of a team

• Receive regular coaching and development

• Contribute to a respectful, supportive workplace

What We’re Looking For

✅ EU Passport Holder or Portuguese residency card.
✅ Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and B2 level English for internal communication
✅ Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience
✅ Readiness to start on 26 May 2025 (or later)
✅ Flexibility to work rotating shifts (24/7 environment)
✅ Prior moderation or support experience is a plus – but not required
