We’re looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a dynamic tech team — and we’ll bring you to Portugal to do it! 💼✈️

💬 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and email

• Support users with post-sales topics like deliveries, refunds & warranties

• Promote new products and support inbound sales

• Keep customers satisfied and hit quarterly sales goals

• Log orders and manage customer info accurately in CRM systems

🌍 We Offer Full Relocation Support:

💡 What You Bring:

• 🇮🇹 Native or near-native Italian

• 🇬🇧 Solid English (B2+) for internal communication

• 💬 Strong communication skills & team spirit

• 💻 Tech-savvy and eager to learn

• 🕐 Willing to work rotational shifts (Mon–Sat, 08:00–19:00)

• 💸 Sales or customer support experience? Big plus – but not required!

💰 What You Get:

• €1,024 gross salary x14 months

• Up to €225 monthly bonus

• €144 monthly meal card

• €20 transport allowance

• Private health insurance (free after 6 months!)

• 6-month renewable contract
