What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Customer Support

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, or email

• Provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service

🔹 Problem-Solving & Documentation

• Identify common customer concerns and help improve internal processes

• Accurately log customer interactions and resolutions in the system

🔹 Team Collaboration

• Work closely with your team to hit quality and productivity targets

• Participate in regular coaching and training sessions

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

What We’re Looking For

✅ EU Passport holder or Portuguese residency card
✅ Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2)
✅ B2 level English for internal communication
✅ Willingness to relocate and work on-site
✅ Availability to start on 26 May 2025 (other dates also available)
✅ Prior customer service experience is a plus – not a must!
