What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Content Review & Moderation

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies

• Review flagged content in French, assessing for accuracy, safety, and policy violations

• Escalate complex issues when necessary and maintain clear documentation of decisions

🔹 Safety & Accuracy

• Apply internal guidelines consistently and fairly

• Make judgments that balance policy enforcement with cultural sensitivities

• Ensure a safe online experience for users

🔹 Teamwork & Support

• Collaborate with your team to meet quality and productivity targets

• Receive continuous training and coaching

• Contribute to a positive, respectful workplace

What We’re Looking For

✅ Fluency in French (C1/C2)
✅ English B2 level for internal communication
✅ Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience
✅ Availability to start on 26 May 2025 (other start dates available)
✅ Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
✅ Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (24/7 environment)
✅ Experience in moderation or customer-facing roles is a plus – but not required
