Job Overview:
As an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will support one of the most prestigious global banking institutions. Your role involves providing excellent customer service via phone in both Italian and English. Youll handle customer requests, clarify doubts, and deliver top-tier interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support bank customers with their inquiries.
- Provide clear information on products and services.
- Manage customer requests and issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in rotating shifts.
Training:
- 3-week intensive training on products, services, and customer management.
- Training compensation: 92.80 net per week.
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week on a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday (07:00 - 19:00).
