About the Company:
Our educational software suite offers cutting-edge tools and services designed for schools and homeschools to enhance collaboration, streamline instruction, and ensure safe learning environments. We are looking for a driven Sales Specialist with B2B experience to join our global team and help drive growth by connecting with decision-makers in the education sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound calls and send emails to decision-makers, quickly building rapport, assessing needs, and closing sales.
  • Explain the product's value proposition to businesses across various sectors, demonstrating how it meets client needs.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to engage prospective customers interested in evaluating our software.
  • Lead and contribute to outbound campaigns from idea generation through initial pitch, pipeline qualification, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects aimed at improving the sales process and workflows.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Contact existing customers to pitch ancillary products or encourage increased usage of current products.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical setup issues or escalate them to the relevant teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Sales and cold calling experience.
  • Must have attended school in the country you will support, with a deep understanding of the educational system.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (2 days off: Saturday & Sunday).
  • First 2 months Onsite; from the 3rd month, Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days from home).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1,000 per month (paid over 14 months).
  • Sales Bonus: 500 per year.
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day.
  • Monthly Transport Allowance: 20.
  • Health Insurance: Included from day 1 (free after 6 months).
  • Relocation Package (for candidates moving from outside Portugal):
    • Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, with rent of 280 (deducted from payslip, utilities included).
    • Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 (Economy class) after 6 months of contract.
