Job Description: Customer Service Representative - PlayStation (English Market)
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for one of the most iconic gaming brands, PlayStation. You will be the first point of contact for PlayStation users, assisting them with technical support, product installations, software synchronization, and providing effective advice on purchasing PlayStation products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer customer and technical support over the phone.
- Assist with PlayStation product installations and troubleshooting.
- Provide helpful advice when purchasing PlayStation products.
- Manage customer queries regarding software and hardware issues.
- Effectively handle customer escalations and ensure issues are resolved.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with gaming consoles and the gaming industry is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
