About the Opportunity

A leading banking organisation in Singapore is looking for Mandarin-speaking Branch Sales Advisors to join its growing team.

You will work in a branch environment, engaging directly with customers and providing suitable financial solutions based on their individual needs. The role combines customer service, relationship management and sales, with a strong focus on achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within a Singapore branch and proactively engage with customers.
• Approach new and existing customers to identify their financial needs.
• Understand customers' financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide information and advice on relevant insurance and investment products.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up on leads and conduct some outbound calls where required.
• Process new applications and product/policy changes accurately.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional banking and financial products.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales KPIs and targets.

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin is essential, as you will be dealing with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Fluent English is required.
• Previous experience in sales, banking, insurance, investment, financial services, retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident interacting with customers and recommending products.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive and commercially oriented.
• Willing and able to relocate to Singapore for the position.

Relocation & Work Authorisation

• Relocation to Singapore is required.
• Accommodation is NOT provided. Candidates will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own accommodation in Singapore.
• Candidates may apply with or without an existing Singapore work pass.
• For candidates who require a work pass, please be aware that the work authorisation process is subject to approval and may take some time.
• Candidates should therefore be prepared to relocate and work in Singapore once the necessary employment authorisation has been obtained.
• Candidates should be financially prepared to arrange their own accommodation and initial relocation expenses.
