About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately
Handle complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary
Meet KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Stay up to date with company products, services, and internal procedures
Requirements
Good command of English (B2 or above)
Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or client support is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
Flexible and team-oriented attitude
