About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to Dutch-speaking customers via email, chat, and/or phone
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately

  • Handle complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary

  • Meet KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

  • Stay up to date with company products, services, and internal procedures

    Requirements

  • fluent level of Dutch (C2)
  • Good command of English (B2 or above)

  • Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or client support is an advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems

  • Flexible and team-oriented attitude

  • Experience in online gaming / fintech / e-commerce / tech support (if relevant to your industry)
