About the Role
We are looking for Croatian-speaking Customer Support Representatives with a good command of English to join an international customer service team in Greece.
In this role, you will support customers for well-known global brands across sectors such as technology, travel, e-commerce, and entertainment.
You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer requests via phone, email, or chat in Croatian and English
Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, providing timely and effective solutions
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all interactions
Track and record customer interactions using internal systems
Collaborate with other departments (technical teams, quality, supervisors) when needed
Stay informed on product updates, guidelines, and processes
Support continuous improvement through feedback and best practices
Requirements
Fluent in Croatian (C1+) and confident in English (B2+)
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to work with multiple tools and systems
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
EU citizenship or valid work eligibility for Greece (depending on client guidelines).
