Position: Graduate 360 Recruitment Consultant - French Speaker
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: 30,000 CZK gross monthly + commission + other benefits

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions
Build/grow your own desk (very important)
Prepare the candidate CVs for submission to clients
Arrange interviews for senior consultants
Contact potential clients via phone or email
Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

fluent C2 in French both oral and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2)
Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered as an advantage
Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relationship
An ability to work within tight timescales and to deadline
"Can-do" attitude and proactive approach
Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package
Ability to travel in line with the business needs
You thrive working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Recent graduate
No previous recruitment experience
Eligible to live & work in Czech Republic.
