Studio Interior Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE:

If you are a passionate and self-driven Studio Interior Designer

with strong experience across design projects and advanced skills

in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Photoshop, this role offers the

opportunity to contribute to innovative gaming environments and

help shape next-generation iGaming studio experiences.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the full design lifecycle from concept development
to final studio delivery.

Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and realistic
renders for studio environments.

Prepare detailed design specifications and technical
documentation to guide production.

Produce and prepare all required files and data for print and
manufacturing processes.

Define design requirements and support procurement,
sourcing materials and products as needed.

Lead studio production activities and share responsibility for
timely, high-quality delivery.

Manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring deadlines,
quality standards, and scope are met.

Assist with studio installations, ensuring alignment with
approved designs, renders, and guidelines.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet project
timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Estimate timelines, manage deadlines, and monitor costs to
ensure efficient project execution.

Participate actively in team meetings and creative
brainstorming sessions.

Travel internationally when required to oversee studio
construction and execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level), with strong
proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As
well as proficiency in English (at least B2).

Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Arts, or a related
discipline.

Proven experience delivering design projects, supported by
a strong professional portfolio.

Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop,
Illustrator, and Corona Render.

Experience with illustration, animation, or motion design is
an advantage.

Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere is
considered a plus.

Basic project management skills with the ability to manage
design workflows end to end.

Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and
exceptional attention to detail.

Previous experience in the iGaming industry is beneficial.

Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate
with diverse stakeholders.
