About the Role:
Were looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate fluent in German (C2) and English (C1) to support customers remotely from Turkey. You'll ensure every customer query is handled efficiently and with care.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests via email, phone, and live chat.

  • Manage and document issues in CRM tools.

  • Offer guidance and solutions for technical or account matters.

  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • German at C2 level, English at C1 level.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Stable internet and ability to work independently.
