About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Specialist fluent in German (C2) and English (C1) to join our remote team in Turkey. In this role, youll be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every interaction leaves them satisfied and informed.
Responsibilities:
