About the job German-Speaking Customer Support Representative
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to provide high-quality assistance to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in German (phone, email, live chat)

Handle inquiries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues

Resolve complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner

Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system

Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary

Meet KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Profile Requirements

Fluent German (C2 level – written and spoken)

Good command of English (B2 minimum)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer literacy
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or helpdesk
