About the job German-Speaking Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to provide high-quality assistance to our customers via phone, email, and chat.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in German (phone, email, live chat)

  • Handle inquiries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues

  • Resolve complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner

  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary

  • Meet KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Profile Requirements

  • Fluent German (C2 level – written and spoken)

  • Good command of English (B2 minimum)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer literacy


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or helpdesk

  • Experience using CRM systems

  • Experience in e-commerce, fintech, tech, or gaming (depending on industry)

  • Matric/ Grade 12 qualification is essential
