DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide back-office support for gaming-related customer enquiries through email and chat
Review and process customer requests accurately and efficiently
Assist with account-related enquiries, gaming platform issues and general support requests
Investigate cases by reviewing available information and following established procedures
Provide clear, professional written responses in Arabic and English
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Ensure all customer interactions comply with service guidelines and quality standards
Protect customer information and handle sensitive data responsibly
Contribute to efficient case management and a positive customer experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Arabic at C1/C2 level
English at B2 level or above
Excellent written communication skills in both languages
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems
Customer-focused mindset and effective problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage workloads and meet quality and productivity targets
Previous experience in customer support, back-office operations or gaming support is an advantage
Willingness to work on-site in Sofia
Must already be able to relocate to or work in Bulgaria independently, as relocation assistance is not available
